When Bushnell is walking Cooper out to meet the limo the Mitchell brothers sent, we see Mike gesturing to Cooper to come over to him and he does. What was that about? Is that where he got the pie?
Mike is always helping/protecting Cooper- that's what he does (along with The ARM TREE).
They make sure Cooper has what he needs and he needed that pie, didn't he? If there was no pie in that box (like in the one brothers dream) they were going to kill him.

YET, (am I have brought this up before but no one seems to know) in FWWM we see Mike demanding garmonbozia from BOB. Maybe that was his doppelganger? Another thing that is strange is, I thought Mike was simply the spirit that inhabited Gerard yet it is Gerard we see in the Lodge? Shouldn't Mike have his own face like BOB?

And I still don't know, but yeah that sounds good- lets go with that was his doppelganger.

Good question, another (of many) which I don't have an answer to.
I just always think of Gerard in THE LODGE as THE ONE ARMED MAN, I only refer to him as MIKE when I am talking with someone and they call him MIKE.

If you remember the old series, Gerard was just a hapless shoe salesman who had absolutely nothing to do with all the Black Lodge craziness. He had to take a drug to keep Mike from emerging. YET, we consistently see him in Lodge scenes. I am starting to think that Mike just completely took over Gerard's body and there is no more Gerard. He is creamed corn now.

Unless Gerard is shown still selling in a future episode.
Shouldn't Mike have his own face like BOB?
Here's a theory that explains it-
Unlike BOB, the inhabiting spirit Mike was a faceless entity.

Of course that theory holds water. They have told us so little of Mike it is entirely possible. Episode 8 showed us that a bunch of entities were released with the first nuclear explosion and even showed us Bob's face and the "Gotta light?" black face minions that were released with it. I am guessing this is where Mike came from as well. He said he used to partner up with Bob to kill and rape and then "saw the face of God" and had a epiphany (quite literally) and decided rape/murder = bad (Uh, YA THINK?) .

They all commented how good the pie was and I must admit, it did look quite tasty!

That was the Tree's Doppelganger that gave Coop a hard time and shouted "NONEXISTENT!" .
