Is Richard Horne Audrey's Horne? And could it be that when [Evil] Cooper visited Audrey in the hospital while she was in a coma he somehow got her pregnant, making Richard a sort of Damien?

I'd say that's the general consensus. Old Doc Hayward mentioned in the Skype conversation with Truman that he had seen Cooper leaving the ICU when Audrey was in her coma. Seeing as BOB/Mr. C is a serial rapist who feeds on pain and suffering, it makes sense. It would also explain why Richard is so irredeemably evil. A true demon spawn if there ever was one.
