Outide US: where broadcast?

Where is this being broadcast outside of the US? E.g. the UK/EU...?

Well for UK at least, per GQ mag online:

Twin Peaks airs on Sky Atlantic on 22 May at 2am UK time, both live and on demand. It will also be shown on Tuesday May 23 at 9pm, with Tuesdays at 9pm will then become its regular UK time slot.

I don't have soding Sky (directly or through Virgin Media). So that's out...hrumph! Pirating?
