Don't get your hopes up about the ghost, i remember Lynch being obsessed with Sheryl Lee. Saw an interview where he said something like if there were any further seasons of TP, he wanted to introduce yet another relative of Laura's for Sheryl to play.

I am pretty sure we are going to see a lot of Laura this season. Whether as a ghost or as another cousin, i dunno.

I am pretty relaxed about the whole thing though. I was super-excited after the 1st announcement, but then it was all cancelled again, and then renewed and i am just not built for these kinds of emotional roller-coasters. I am just meh now - we'll see how it goes. Agent Cooper is all wrinkly though, I am trying not to be ageist or anything, but it's hard. I liked him smooth, hanging upside down in his sock suspenders.

I guess Twin Peaks won't be Twin Peaks without another unsolved murder. If they go the "who killed...whoever?" route then it's going to follow the same story beats as the original season. If they don't go with a murder than some TP fans may feel let down. The big risk is it feels too similar to the original season without taking any creative risks.

Oh, there will beat least one murder, for sure. And seeing as Lynch is supposed to have a complete creative freedom this time, yes, i think, the killer will never be revealed.

But i am pretty sure there's no point in speculating at this point, it's lynch - we are in for a wild ride, creative risks guaranteed, hopefully tempered by Frost. We will see what they have cooked up for us.

Not long to go now. Just a few days left. There's enough time for one more cup of damn good coffee!

Hard to believe Twin Peak is returning. Feels surreal!
