Yeah I agree that's pretty weird. The way Tootie idolized her brother in that episode, you would think he would be mentioned more. Maybe his parents took the drunk driving accident more seriously than we knew!

I also thought that was strange. I don't remember him being mentioned in the seasons before or those after his appearance.
