Extra Details: These are formally two episodes, even if they were aired back-to-back. They each have their own intro, credits, etc. and should thus be split. IMDB and TVDB refer to them as S12E23 and S12E24. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Big_Bang_Theory_episodes#Season_12_(2018–19) also lists separate production codes for them. "Unraveling the Mystery" is actually a special and not a regular episode and should thus be moved to Specials.
