How new is that, really? Well, Kripke may not have sang before. But Teller has talked on other shows after starting out silent - and usually just a short thing like "Thank you" - and Amy teamed up with Sheldon on the cognitive-reality project, Penny has been "bossy" before...

Nice touch. Totally unexpected; especially after that whole dust up in the "The Athenaeum Allocation" episode. Good that they (the writers) can still surprise us.

When it comes to people who are always doing-the-telling, sometime others are afraid to get-them-told. Glad when Penny stepped up and shut her down.

Yes, that's true. But it would have been even better if they'd had some of that with Penny, too. Like in the past, when Penny and Leonard watch Sheldon sleeping and it's "they're so cute when they're little" etc.

And I know some people think Mayim Bialik is/can be "gorgeous" when she's not purposely trying to be frumpy. But I'll take "glammed up" Lauren Lapkus (Denise) over "glammed up" Mayim any day. As Sheldon has said, "Wowzah!"

And "verklempt" Mark Hamill was kinda neat too.

As for the rest of the "stunt casting," I've read that Team Chucky supposedly has big plans for Kathy Bates as Amy's mother in the future. I hope that was just hype, I have no interest in seeing her/the character again.

And not at all surprising, Raj was apparently turned down for a wedding date with the other bacterial pink-eye sufferer from the pharmacy line.

Not surprised about that outcome; but had forgotten all about that little encounter.

But, Raj did seem to perk up some when he found out that Missy and her hubby were separated. I remember there was a mutual attraction during their prior meeting. The only stumbling block at the time was the ill-timed return of Raj's mutism. But since she is married with one kid down and one on the way, maybe he was thinking about what might have been.

I don't think there was really "mutual attraction" before. Missy was just messing with Leonard and Howard AND Raj, perhaps especially Raj because he still had the can't-talk-to-women thing going on. (Unless he'd been drinking, or taking that experimental medication that wore off just as Missy came to the door the last time.)

Raj probably wants his own kids, and even if he were able to "play fair" with the kids that already exist, I wouldn't be surprised if Missy doesn't want to go down that road again.

It could be funny though, although I doubt they'd actually do it, to have an episode where Raj is dreaming of/planning to get Missy's kids super-suntanned or something

I remember there being a lot of discussions on that other board re: whether Missy was messing with Raj the way she was with Leonard and Howard. I was part of the mutual-attraction contingent. I thought she genuinely liked him.

As for Raj wanting his own kids--no doubt about Missy's fertility; so he could still have his own kid(s) and suntan hers too.

Naw, she was just playing on his inability to talk back to her.

It's like when he was dreaming of "Siri," and "she" said to him, "If you want to make love to me, just say so!" Raj even messes with himself, in his own dreams!

And depending on how much time Raj spends in hot tubs etc, with or without Stuart, his swimmers might not be so good any more.
