A translated title should be left empty if it's the same as the "original title".

Question: A few threads have lock symbols in front of them now. One has 118 comments which might be a limit yet the others have less than 20 posts and they all can still be posted on. Please explain ? What does the lock symbol mean

A lock symbol means that the thread is private; then only admins/mods and people who have previously posted in it can see it.
