Chase Is Dangers Because He's Unassuming

When it was revealed that Chase was Prometheus, I was actually shocked because he seemed like such a good guy. He was caring and unassuming. I think he's one of the best bad guys on arrow so far. What do you guys think?

He's true psychopath and definitely the "best" Villain on Arrow so far.

He's the first villain that hasn't gotten on my nerves yet. Darkh started out okay but then he just got real annoying and stale. They also severely watered down Slade and Ra's.

Well, yeah, I thought he was going to be Vigilante... until they shared screen time. I mean, it's an old comic book trick for the hero and his alter ego to dispel suspicion by using a body double. Hell, they've done it in this show, but that kinda went out the window following their rooftop battle reveal.
