The maiden name of the original Black Canary in the Golden Age of D.C. Comics is Dinah Drake.Eventually,she got married to Billy Lance and became Dinah Lance.Then she had a daughter named Laurel Lance and mother and daughter fought crime together.So,the new Black Canary in this show is Dinah Drake.Which is great,because they're using a classic character from the comics.
But who is Billy Lance?Is he Quentin's brother?Will Dinah marry him and give birth to a daughter named Laurel?
I'm just curious.

They're obviously not following what happened in the comics. We already had our "Laurel Lance". I highly doubt there will be another.
