After the unexpected and tragic death of Samu, the situation inside the jail is extremly tense, Nando is fearing for his life and must make a radical decision in order to save his life.

After the arrest of a cocaine shipment, Sigüenza and Anxo enter the prison from which Nando has just escaped. Cesáreo tries to help Nando to redirect his life, but his plans are different.

Nando continues to advance with his plan while Valdés plunges towards defeat. Nando proposes a deal to Gema to bring Muro's fentalin while he begins to doubt Nando's honesty.

Nando has taken over the fentanyl truck, he is looking for a distributor, while Joao and Carlitos Miranda look for him. After all there must always be a king.

Fearing for his life, Muro self-inflicts injuries in prison. After escaping to the hospital, he forms an alliance with the Albanians. Miranda is pressured by Quesada, the cartel leader. It is revealed that Gema Valdés did not die and is undergoing rehabilitation after months in a coma.
