Do you have an official proof that this series was split in 3 seasons ?
The fact that it ran over 3 years doesn't necessary indicate that there were 3 seasons.

Here is the IMDB page for it - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0213357/episodes/?ref_=tt_ov_epl
and the Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mister_T_(TV_series)#:~:text=Mister%20T%20is%20an%20American,the%20third%20and%20final%20season.
the Justwatch - https://www.justwatch.com/us/tv-show/mister-t
From Wikipedia - "Mister T is an American animated series that aired on NBC on Saturday morning from 1983 to 1985, featuring the popular actor Mr. T. A total of 30 episodes were produced during all three seasons, with thirteen episodes for Season 1, eleven for Season 2, and six episodes for the third and final season. None of these pages are official pages. We need to find official data.

IMDb is official, everywhere I've found shows 3 seasons, except TMDB, it just seems to be a small mistake on here. Even reviews of the show say 3 seasons, I will continue looking for more information on it, but IMDb is a trustable site

IMDB is a user edited site like Wikipedia, TheTVDB and us.
It is trustable for movies, but have many errors when we come to the series. Its main problem is that, being owned by Amazon, it list in general the series the way they are available on Amazon now and not the way they were originally broadcasted.
I've also seen at least one site that list the series as 2 seasons.
We need data from the time of the original broadcast.

Additionally, Bluray.com, which is an official listing of all physical media releases. They released the complete first season on DVD under the Hanna Barbera classic collection, by Warner Bros. The complete first season in the release is 13 episodes. - https://www.blu-ray.com/dvd/Mister-T-The-Complete-First-Season-DVD/113258/

I've just read the TVDb link and the information on there, if this is true, which is possible, there is still the issue of it only saying 1 season

We need official information about the original TV broadcast. We don't care how it was released on DVD.

Okay, hold on. The overview on the TMDB page says - "Mister T is an animated series that aired on NBC on Saturday morning from 1983 to 1986. A total of 30 episodes were produced during the first two seasons, with the final season consisting entirely of reruns. The series was produced by Ruby-Spears.
Reruns were later seen on the USA Cartoon Express in the late 1980s, and more recently as part of Cartoon Network's Adult Swim late-night programming block."

So the first two seasons were 13 episodes and 17 episodes. Although yes, there was a third season it was entirely reruns

This type of content in our overview fields shouldn't be considered as a proof. They have generally been blindly copied from Wikipedia instead of writing a plot overview.

I understand being hesitant to change anything. If the information I've presented isn't enough, I don't know what will be, over many sites, reviews, and information about the show it appears to be two seasons, with 30 episodes total. I've read just about everything I could find find on the show and TMDb is the only one I have found to show 1 season. If you don't believe me that's okay, I just reported it because it appears to be incorrect information. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I can try to find more, but I highly doubt there is much more to find

From all the links given above, there are sites that split the series in 3 seasons and sites that split it in 2 seasons. None of them have links to their sources. So, we can't choose.
We prefer informations from the time of the broadscast:
