However, when the competition becomes personal the pair begin prioritising quantity of-patients over quality-of-treatment and soon risk the future of their clinic.

When a video of Steph accidentally burning a rainbow flag goes viral, Steph is branded as a homophobe, despite being part of the LGBTI community herself. Langdon attempts to help her remedy the situation by putting on a pride celebration rally at the clinic.

When Graft finally makes good on her threat to close down Metro Sexual, Langdon decides to put on a musical to save the clinic with his new theatre actor boyfriend Tim, but Steph is dubious of Tim and suspects his motives might not be entirely pure.
