I think I understand now.
It seems to me that your problem is not with TMDb API Request construction rules.
I'm not a code programmer, but...
I think it's a problem of how to use and program code in Flutter or FlutterFlow.
TMDb is unable to support the numerous third party tools/programs/templates that use the TMDb database.
I suggest seeking help in some Flutter forum.
And add the term Flutter to the title of this conversation.
Maybe some Forum user who also uses Flutter can see and help.
