API data not up2date?

Hello, I wanted to ask how long it takes for the API to get the new added content. For example, I added the german title and description of new girl S05E10:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1420-new-girl/season/5/episode/10
But with the API I get:
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/1420/season/5/episode/10?api_key=<<api_key>>&language=de
"name":"Folge 10","overview":""

The API caches data for 8 hours.
