It would help increase the relevance of those lists if the movie language was returned in the reply.
Being in Germany for example and getting french, Chinese, spanish,..etc in their local theatres is very distracting and renders a very valuable and awesome feature nearly useless because of the amount of irrelevant results.

We don't store that data on a movie at all though, there's no field saying what the primary language of a movie is. I've discussed adding a language field to the "original title" field (i.e.. binding it to a language) but am not sure if that catches all the edge cases. Regardless it's something that's been discussed but no firm plan yet.
