On December 14 and 15, Freya Allan (Ciri) and Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) will bring Netflix’s The Witcher to Madrid, Spain, as reported by FormulaTV. There is no word yet on whether Henry Cavill or showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich will attend or not.

Will there be any new footage that we can look forward to? That isn’t specified either, but we wouldn’t expect anything major since the event will be held mere days before the season drops on Netflix. As you are probably aware, the release is expected on December 17 with a red-carpet premiere held a day earlier in London.

Many gamers didn’t read the books. And the sad part is that they talk about the show on their blogs or YT channels without knowing the whole story. They ignore what’s going on in the world. They don’t even know what the showrunner’s intentions are.

Both readers and gamers agree that the story is about G, not Y and C. But they forget that the books and games are from a (white) male-dominated society. Things are different now. I have endured a good deal of senseless nudity and unnecessary graphic sex scenes in grossly overrated shows. You can’t always fast-forward through that crap. We were kids when HC did that raunchy scene in Turol or what’s its name series. Now we are young women. Thank goodness pervs put it on YT for us.
