Biography
Clifton Dugan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the post production facility The Foundation located in Burbank, CA. Providing near-set dailies globally, assembly, final color correction, titling, 2D effects and delivery. Offering an end-to-end solution for episodic (Broadcast and OTT) providers.
Prior to creating The Foundation, he was VP of Technical Sales at Technicolor, EVP of Laser Pacific's Television division, and before that VP Sales & Marketing at Ascent Media; spearheading sales of over $40 million annually for many of North America's most recognized TV post-production facilities including Encore Hollywood, Level 3 Post and R!OT. Helping to streamline post workflows and increase efficiencies allowing producers to meet their creative, technical, budgetary and delivery requirements.
Prior to Ascent Media, he held a variety of post positions including off-line editor and post supervisor with The Arthur Company, later working as a facility producer at Foto-Kem and Anderson Video. He has a BBA in Business Administration and a BS in Film Production from the University of Texas at Austin.
