It can take hours for us to go through a single user's contributions, checking and deleting images that do not meet the guidelines. That's a lot of waste time on all sides that can be avoided by reading and following the image guidelines. There's absolutely no obligation for mods to replace deleted images-- and there's not always good replacement options.
