Extra Details: Shengwei Zhou seems to be shadow-banned. He cannot be found by name nor added as a creative on other projects. For example, I tried adding him in https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/1172393-perfect-city-the-bravest-kid as director but I can't.

He was not shadow-banned, his profile was tagged as adult. This happens when at least 10% of someone's credits are on a film page that is tagged adult (the field is strictly meant for pornography). I found one of his films was incorrectly tagged as adult, once I fixed the adult status went away.
