Damn. She can't catch a break. I know social media will side with Kesha on this but I find it odd how Dr. Luke has been able to so easily win against every one of Kesha's claims. Surely if her case was substantial she would have made some gains but judge after judge denies her requests or just rules against her.

Kesha kind of deserves this one. Katy has denied the allegation about being raped. However i think the 370k payment is a little much.

And Gaga sided with Kesha and blamed Katy for not going forward when Katy denied that he ever raped her.

If Kesha lied about Katy being raped then her accusation about being raped by Dr Luke looks less believable now. There’s obviously things that aren’t revealed to the public, but people will always side with the pop star over a behind the scenes producer.
