Discuss Beyoncé

Aside from What Have you Done for me lately, has her 80s music stood the test of time, better yet, does the GP know her 90s and 2000s music.

Like when I heard Rhythm Nation for the first time, Early 2000s, I really liked that album but I had never heard of one song of that album before. When I heard Control for the first time, I recognized one or two songs.

Thoughts?

I only know “All for You” and “Together Again” and them some of the newer songs like Feedback.

I would say Control, Nasty, What Have You Done For Me Lately, Rhythm Nation, Miss You Much, That's The Way Love Goes, If, and All For You are her most remembered songs.

I wouldn't say any of the singles from The Velvet Rope album are among her most remembered to the GP which is a shame considering it's her best album(IMO)

I think a lot of people remember "I Get Lonely" on Velvet Rope. Or maybe it's just where I'm from. It's one of her staples

Rhythm Nation, Love Will Never Do (Without You), That's The Way Love Goes, I Get Lonely.

Together Again plays in stores a lot, at least where I live.

She’s such a legend! She deserves better!

Control - Rhythm Nation 1814 - janet. - The Velvet Rope. All classics.

I love all the singles and videos from those albums.

All for You still smashed but that's when things started to decline (for me).
