Thoughts on people who constantly post inspirational quotes and self-help catchphrases on social media?

It's so stupid. So you want to live by certain philosophy, good for you, why share it constantly on social media (for validation) and then these people don't even follow this philosophy because they are so stupid.

Most don’t practice what they preach so they use that as a way to feel better about themselves. I mute or block anytime I see that cheesy mess.
