Why? There's plenty of entertainment consumed by gazillions which simply is overrated or not good at all.
Perhaps it's a good show. I don't think it's warranted this level of insanity. When you're creating self-help groups to deal with fallout from a mere TV show, perhaps it's time to...get a life?...
Complete disappointment. I was fine with the season for the first two episodes but the Night battle was ridiculous. It was clear that the Night King was a total after thought and they had nothing so they just had Arya do her thing and boom story arch over. Lazy writing and waste of time.
Then Khaleesi’s random switch to madness made no sense. I would have been fine had they been given more time to flesh out her descent into insanity but her carnage was just out of place. It was epic visually but story wise what was the point? And don’t even get me started on Cersei. They did her SO dirty and Lena deserved a much better exit than the basic one she got. When the worst character of the entire series gets the crown you know the show’s done. 6 episodes was not enough to properly tie the show up.

Self-help groups? Are you seriously that deranged? GoT has been a huge part of pop culture for years now. Of course fans/critics are pissed off at the half assed ending. God forbid people were ever passionate about something. Breaking Bad has a huge dedicated fanbase too, and you’re damn right we would’ve rioted if Vince hoodwinked us the same way D&D did.
Nobody is forcing you to pay attention to anything related to it. Pretending you’re somehow inconvenienced by somebody else’s enjoyment is so pitifully sociopathic and childish. Grow up.

I'm not inconvenienced in the slightest. I'm merely pointing to an emerging trend where people who are supposed to be grown adults throw tantrums and seek therapy the moment something doesn't go as anticipated (2016 election, silly sword and sorcery TV show).
I totally get being frustrated with a show you once liked. I don't get acting out in this manner. But it doesn't bother me. I find it pathetic and amusing.
Rioting...over a mere TV show. Actually defending seeking psychological counseling over an inability to deal with a...TV show.
And you're saying I'm childish and should grow up. Bahahahaha! Jesus!

Do you even understand hyperbole? Oh lord go back to school.
Dude, try to split hairs any way you want to justify acting like a childish douchebag. "Rioting", "clapping back", whatever stupid bullshit you wanna call it.
It still amounts to nothing more than weak losers who can't deal, and whose first instinct is to sulk and pout endlessly.

This! People bragging about never having watched the show are so irritating.

The Walking Dead is definitely up there.
I’ll get back to you on the other 3. GOT is obviously like #1 to me

Both Walking Dead & GOT were actually good shows in there “prime”. Both especially WD went down hill.
