Even if the Witness era does flop it would be Katy's first flop era after already having 3 hit eras so that would hardly be career ending. The best-selling album released in 2016 sold 3 million copies. Joanne, released that same year, has sold nearly 1.5 million, according to Mediatraffic. That's not a flop, sis. It's a moderate seller and more than recent efforts by Ariana Grande and a little less than Rihanna's ANTI has sold. Impressive it sold that much considering it had no WW smash hits.

At this point and rate, Katy will be lucky to even sell 500k WW, so STFU. Right now, Fady Payola has the smaller peak and a bigger flop era when compared to Gaga.

The difference is Rih and Ari have multiple platinum certifications WW for their albums, while Gaga has none even after the freaking Superbowl.

ANTI and Dangerous Woman didn't need the Super Bowl to sell 25% of their sales though. And Katy isn't giving Witness away for free because the price of the album is figured into the the cost of the tickets. Plenty of other artists have done it as well. Gargamel is the only artist to sell her album for 99 cents opening week though. Your attempts at deflection are obvious boo.
