People are so quick to forget Bieber tanked during his Journals era. His career almost died but he bounced back with the right producers.

There's a reason for that though. His label didn't want him to make that record, and he went against their wishes so the label basically blacklisted it by not promoting it at all and not allowing any release of physical copies. Nkt only that but his label refused to even submit his album's sales to SoundScan so it didn't even chart on Billboard. It was sabotage basically. Justin left the label and that's why he didn't flop after cause he never really lost any relevancy to begin with. Had his label done its job, Journals wouldn't have flopped. It's also his only good album.
