Its not moderated, there is no IP swap, or anything. It's a general chat board, type in a user name and then begin chatting. You don't even need to sign up for an account. Have fun!

You will have to sign up for an account and it's moderated by only one admin, so sometimes accounts might not be approved right away. But it is private, and best of all, the moderater is pretty open and doesn't enforce many rules.
Tell them, "Shredder sent you." And your approval process may speed up.
