Only a few of the main characters and the twists and turns of their relationships are taken from the novel "The Broken Pitcher", while the majority of the film consists of original content, in which the plot is interspersed with various events. They will draw the viewer into the feelings and values of the inner world of a Latvian.
Competing countries who are members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) are eligible to participate in the Eurovision Choir of the Year. Each competing country is represented by a professional choir, and each performes a choral piece lasting no more than six minutes in length. Each piece may include singular or several musical works or of a free genre; but must contain national or regional influence from the participating country.
