In a dramatic and humorous way it tries to describe a life of this great Yugoslavian era through 3 Generations of people. It's a story of love, family problems with a lot of influence of the Urban Culture and Music scene in Yugoslavia. A time of great music in Yugoslavia such as Rock and New Wave but also somewhat turbulent time right after Tito died.

Operation Barbarossa is a kids TV show, based on the novel The Mysterious Boy by Ivan Kušan. It is a story about a boy who for some time lives in the belief that he is to blame for the death of a friend, a peer, who drowned in the Sava river. In order to cover up his death, the boy takes his name (because he had just come to Zagreb when he disappeared) also goes to another school. Thus, in two shifts (before noon - afternoon), he tries to be a student in two schools and gets into many dramatic situations. The riddle is, of course, solved by Kušan's main character Koko.

The National Security Service (UDBA) is still one of the most active and most effective intelligent communities in Europe. Boris Biscan, UDBA's old employee, is a witness to all the changes going about - the professionals are replaced by the criminals from UDBA, who are willing to deal with political emigrants, offering them political protection in return for their services. Boris is lost in this new world, and the old one has obviously come to its end.
