Extra Details: The title is also misspelt - it should be Across the Dead-line.

The duplicate is the entry that you have just added. Not the original one.
Concerning the original title, IMDB is also listing it as "Across the Deadline". Do you have a proof that it should be written "Across the Dead-line" ?

Hi, All my entries are taken from the American Film Institute' s catalog, which is a far more reliable source than Imdb. I've received a message from the moderators saying my entry has been deleted. I've no problem with that, but surely it would make sense to delete the other entry, which was incomplete and mis-spelt?

You should complete the original entry instead of creating a new one. We always keep the lower id entry, meaning the first one that has been created.

Ok, thanks for the info. I looked for the film before entering but didn't find it because it was spelt incorrectly! I'll check a couple of cast members next time.
