classics dvds had to dump as no sdh, am addicted to subtitled, spent a fortune last yr buying bds with captions to replace them. a few i still can't find.

have this but once again need subtitles. the best version of jane eyre i've seen, though Elizabeth Taylor, Orson Welkes, Joan Fontaine, and Peggy Anne Garner & Margaret O'Brien in the 1947 movie had been a childhood favorite. This mini-series, 5+ hours, is almost word for word the novel. Cannot tell if the updated 2015 dvd release has sdh or not. -

the full movie with subtitles as there should be with this brilliant 1950s noir. it is on you tube, with AI subs, but that's just not good enough. it needs a bd release, region-free. -

I have it on my dvr, the alec guiness version. i have the dvd. I have the script. i just do not trust my software and the subs floating out there to be perfectly timed. This is yet another film based on a Daphne du Maurier novel. It has to be perfect. The recent remake is pretty close. That I do have.
